Condition Description

These jackets show damage which will need to be repaired before the jacket can be used/worn. This damage includes tears or holes in the outer lining, torn out pockets, etc. The most common damage to these jackets are tears along seams, usually on the arm or behind the collar (see example pictures). No jacket sold under this listing will be damaged to the extent that it requires more than reasonably simple repairs.

In addition to the damage, the jackers will show wear and tear, due to heavy use in Antarctica. Some may have field patches,  paint spots, missing zipper pulls, etc. All jackets will show some level of staining and fading. Most will have the size written on one of the breast pockets in black sharpie. They will need to be washed/cleaned after purchase.
